Swiss-Funded CORE Programme Includes Workforce Skills and Productivity Support

On 5 November, Ukraine announced that its CHF 30 million (approximately US$36 million) CORE programme would include support for labour policy, workplace skills, social dialogue and occupational safety through an International Labour Organization component. The overall programme covers 2026–2031, but no separate ILO component budget was announced. It creates opportunities for vocational training providers, HR consultants and workplace-safety specialists; HPC can support workforce research, skills-gap assessments and HR strategy.
